As winter is coming its getting darker and colder. Its that time of the year when you have to dig down deep, make that decision to get up and train when your alarm goes off dont roll over and go back to sleep. When its your normal class time fined that motivation to get up off the couch or out of your work desk and make your way to the Box. You wont get stronger, you wont get fitter, your technique will not improve... UNLESS, you take those small boring steps forward each day, in the dark, in the rain, in the cold. Suck it up, take baby steps, follow the training program, and small goals WILL be achieved... Enough small small goals make one HUGE triumph! :)
