As you may know, Lewisville High School students are currently split between three campuses: one ninth/tenth grade campus on 3040, another on Summit north of Valley Ridge, and an 11th/12th grade campus on Main Street. Other LISD schools have all four grades on the same site, while LHS students are forced to ride transfer buses and miss class time as a result. There is no reason why LHS students should be treated differently from others. There have been many personnel changes on the School Board and in the administration since this plan was adopted, so we are hopeful that LISD will decide to fix this broken plan. If you have complaints about the three campus plan, please speak at the Board meeting tonight at the Bolin Center. Arrive before 7 to fill out a speaker card and let your voice be heard.
