As you may or may not know every year we choose five Advanced Squads and three Novice Squads to represent SUSUPA Dance in inter-university competitions across the country. The Squads fall into five categories: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Street and Tap. This year I am very excited to announce that we will be taking Novice Jazz with us to compete at our biggest competition of the year - Loughborough!!! Due to the high standard of all squads and the restrictions on numbers - dictated to us be the host University we decided the fairest way to decide between all the exceptional novice squads was to draw names out of a hat or helmet- so you can watch the exciting moment below!!! Congratulations to Jazz!!! Massive congratulations to everyone who received a place on a squad this year!!! The standard was really high across the board and you all did exceptionally well!!! I cant wait for an amazing amazing year of dancing :) xxxx
