As young as I can remember, my grandmother who raised me became very sick with Cancer. When obtaining her Death Certificate some years ago through Internal Affairs it stated that she had Cancer in her throat. As a child in those days I saw her health deteriorated each day. (I was only 8 when she passed) There wasnt much given for Cancer patients then. I had my bed in her room and sometimes I would sit behind her n massage her back while she laid up in her bed. She was given tablets which we would have to crush so she could take them. She had two big oxygen tanks to help her breath. That was my first introduction to Cancer esp someone I love so dearly. In Memory of her and many others who suffering this disease.
