Special Needs Foster: Meet Ghost and Emma. These two puppies are both suffering from conditions that have caused them to lose their hair. We believe that these conditions, in some part, may be contagious to other dogs. This makes it hard to house them in the shelter without putting others at risk. We are hoping to have one or two very special fosters step forward who might consider giving these two a little time away from the shelter to get better. We will provide everything you need - all they need from you is time and a home.
