Chinese Zheng Xingjuan against Uzbekistan duo Светлана Радзивил Svetlana Radzivil (she is the Games record holder with 195) and Nadezhda Dusanova and experienced марина аитова Marina Aitova from Kazakhstan. Bahrain is expecting gold medals from junior Chebet Ruth Ruth Chebet in women steeple and Femi Adekoya in 400 m hurdles (Games record 55.26 under threat). Specially new Games record in women steeple is more then realistic (9:55.67 by Sudha Singh Sudha Singh of India). In the 1500 m Mimi Belete Mimi Belete and Maryam Jamal Maryam Jamal of Bahrain will fight with Betlehm Desalegn of the UAE. The same trio is also entered in the 5000 m race. Tintu Luka of India and Margarita Mamoshkina Margarita Mukasheva from Kazakhstan should fight for top positions in the 800 m.
