This business has long term, multi-generational clients and plays a pivotal role in the delivery of some of the best fruit and vegetables grown in Australia. Reporting to the managing Director, the successful candidate will have a shared responsiblity for managing all aspects of the business to optimise sales and profitability. You will also be involved and responsible for developing and implementing new and future business strategies, the MD thinks out-side-the-square; and he wants you to. The successful candidate will be required to: • Develop and drive a Seasonal / Monthly / Weekly / Daily work schedule. • Retain and foster current customer relationships and pro-actively seek new ones • Work closely with local private agronomist and farm distribution businesses to ensure a timely responce and complient product use for the farming clients • Manage agchem and fertiliser inventory as well as being the key contact for industry representatives • Be prepared to step in where required at peak times to ensure schedules are met, machinery well maintained and customers are satisfied agrecruit.au/detail.php?id=J1907
