Target Growth in student numbers will be agreed upon, based on the initial starting point of students there, with the achievement of this Target growth rewarded with a bonus. . λ Compensation The Aston Haiphong Marketing Assistant / Manager will be compensated at a rate and bonus outlined in the Employment Contract. λ Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Fluent Spoken and Written English Previous Marketing Experience Job Duties 1 Leadership and Corporate Direction 1.1 Working with the Regional and Chinese Manager, establish and communicate strategic marketing and educational goals for Aston Haiphong. 1.2 Develop and implement a strategic and operational plan that addresses and meets goals in education quality improvement, market assessment and analysis. 1.3 Oversee and ensure the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and standards set by the Education, Marketing and Sales divisions. 1.4 Benchmark key performance indicators and major processes in order to move towards best practices and assure consistency of these indicators. 1.5 Keep up-to-date with education industry and management trends. 2 Marketing duties . 2.1 Design a yearly Marketing plan for Aston Haiphong School. 2.2 Set and agree on long term and short term with the Location Manager including but not limited to Marketing, sales, and profit. . 3) Marketing specifics 3.1 Align marketing to support the expansion of Aston Haiphong and share best practices to new schools, including assisting in setting realistic enrollment goal setting and acquisition. 3.2 Promote and develop Aston brand-awareness through possible advertising and promotional activities within the area. 3.3 Ensure that visual presentation standards are maintained in Aston Haiphong School 3.4 Ensure that Aston Haiphong conducts the sales process according to Aston company procedures. 4) Business Development 4.1 Set and keep current the operational system of Aston. 4.2 Develop outside contracts: example, but not limited to organisations and educational centres in Haiphong and surrounding areas. 4.3 Coordinate with the Location Manager and other Department Managers to solve management problems.
