At 4:16, man is speaking calmly with officers about what is happening. His hands are crossed in front of him, open,nothing hidden. He is grabbed by one officer, hit in the back by another, tossed to the ground and arrested. Why? Maybe the answer is at about 5:40. Commentator is saying Hes got a gun. Hes got a gun. A white vehicle moves away and it did kind of look like the driver had been pointing a rifle out the window. Could it be there is no answer?
