At about 1:16 in this video SO (suspicious observers) talks about how the solar flares die out when that area faces the sun . . . meaning that huge flares are happening which they can see on the other side of the sun, but when the spots turn toward earth facing they dont flare. As he states, this has been going on for about the past 3 years and Ive noticed it as well when watching the graphs and images coming out of NASA. The idea here is that something is blocking the suns ability to flare when sunspots are facing earth . . .
