At long last ! Shillong -Dhaka direct bus service was proposed in 2008 by UPA govt. The congress govt has been sitting on it for over six years. Now we have a govt that works . Things have started moving fast. The first trial run of Guwahati- Shillong-Dhaka bus service starts on 8th of this month. Being a money changer I know lots of people travel from Bangladesh to Shillong everyday . A few go to Guwahati to meet their relatives. Life will b easier for travellers between two neighbours. Travel will b cheaper faster n more reliable. I m so happy ! I expect to c a boost to my business . I also expect to c more friends more frequently . I even expect to visit my friends more often. Cheers to my friends in Bangladesh . Come over in large numbers for weekend getaway on a shoestring budget ! 👍👍🍷🍷🍷
