At one time it seemed like a logical idea to protect our borders, - TopicsExpress

At one time it seemed like a logical idea to protect our borders, part of which was to build a fence to keep illegal immigrants out…until liberalism struck the white house with a vengeance and a big agenda. That fence (what’s built of it) is now the latest victim of political correctness as one Obama-appointed judge has gone as far as to claim this inadament object is in fact racist. Despite the fact that protecting the U.S border is one of the very few constitutionally mandated functions of the federal government, this judge is declaring it goes against human rights…not for actual Americans, but for illegal immigrants. The judge using the race card to justify not finishing the fence along the dangerous U.S.-Mexican border, isn’t exactly a surprise. After all, this is the tactic of choice for these types to try and trump logic and excuse tyranny. Below are the exact and unbelievable words this judge uttered. A claim so ridiculous it’s comical and those that see logic in this argument should really check to see if they have an actual pulse. A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.” This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. Denise Gilman, a clinical professor at the taxpayer-funded University of Texas-Austin, is researching the “human rights impact” of erecting a barrier to protect the U.S. from terrorists, illegal immigrants, drug traffickers and other serious threats. This stuff would be next to impossible to make up, unless you were a leftist and trying to cover the real issues you contributed to or failed to effectively correct. Meanwhile, it’s good material for a chuckle…now if they would please exit stage left on out of the white house that would be great.
