At the beginning of Oct I found out I had a hernia and that in time would have to have surgery. My doctor didnt seem overly concerned and suggested I could take care of this when I was ready. I think Im ready...Ive come a long way on my journey to better my health, having lost 85 pounds and participating in all sort of physical activities. In the past few weeks, Ive noticed myself pulling away from activities that Ive grown to enjoy greatly. This is not who I am any more. ..been really down today ...Im calling my doctor Monday morning to set up an appointment with a surgeon. ..I cant go back to the person I was. .just will not be that guy again.
