At times I forget that, And FAR too often take for GRANTED that i TOO inspire many of YOU all. So i am truly working on fixing me, So i can shine as brightly to MYSELF as i already do to YOU. I go thru a lot, folks. QUITE a lot. There have been many times when people who have just met me have listened to my story and are actually shocked because for WHATEVER reason, they assumed that i was a MASTER at life, lol. I get it A LOT, and sometimes, Im kinda baffled at at it. The first thing i ALWAYS ask them is if i seem to come off like i am perfect. Most of the time, i get a NO response. But there have been a few YES answers here and there. I always try to self evaluate myself FULLY, about every few months. I re access my current situation, and ask myself, What did EYE do to contribute to the pluses AND the minuses. I have been doing this for the past year and a half, and it is very soul strengthening. I just want you all to know, NEVER EVER feel that you are the only one with struggles, so you are scared to open up to me, or anyone else. We ALL have stories. Some, like ME, have NOVELS, lol. Shit..... ANTHOLOGIES, really. But we ALL have stories. Sharing HEALS, folks. A few weeks ago, i participated in the numbers game. I got two people to actually give me negative feedback, lol. One told me i told too much of my personal business. He said i should be careful bout people knowing what happened to me because they will treat me differently, nor will hire me for events, purchase products, and book me for personal chef sessions lolol. >_< Ummmmmmmmm me being stabbed will not effect the poulet on your snapper, love. Another told OTHER people (because of COURSE she did not tell ME, lol) that i was lying, exaggerating, and stretching my truths. I apologize for not being on facebook telling my SERIOUSLY personal business 24/7 as MANY other people i see do. And i say facebook because that is the ONLY place she KNOWS ME from, lol. (Natural hair meetups 2-3x a year dont count, lol) Sharing HEALS. So when i can, i DO. I do it when the feeling comes over me to do so. Sharing also heals OTHERS. Many do not have the courage to share, but sometimes feel like they did when YOU did. Anyway, Iim saying all of this to let you all know that although i do not express it enough, i am VERY grateful to be a building block. Whether me having 97 businesses of my own encouraged you to start your own... Whether i have given you information on following up with it... Whether i gave your child a new journey of knowledge via simply a comic book... Whether i gave you a bridge to share your artwork, via paint, music, dance, fashion, handmade crafts, cooking, etc... If all it was was me just saying:: I went thru pure hell, but damn it i still DID it, And so can YOU, so get up and DO it. Thank you all for believing in YOU, because that helps me to believe in ME.
