Athletes call it being in the zone. Yogis calls it living in the now. Wouldnt it be nice not to be overwhelmed by that voice in your head anymore? Meditation is now part of my daily routine, just like brushing my teeth...morning meditation sets the tone of my day and my evening meditation cleanses my mind to ensure I sleep straight through the night.
