Athletes, here is a little motivation for tomorrows WoD. At first glance, you are probably thinking Holy Cow, thats way too hard for me! Or I cant do that, theyve lost their minds! and even better, Running again? Yes, this workout will take most over 20 minutes, but I promise its not as bad as it looks! The running sticks out at you, and makes you feel all anxious inside....I get it. Do yourself a favor and only focus on the task at hand. For example, when youre running, only think about running and finishing the task. When youre doing tire flips, only think about finishing the tire flips. Train yourself to think that way. Dont get overwhelmed by whats to come. I promise this will make you stronger mentally and physically, and definitely a better CrossFitter! Also, you know you will finish and feel proud of yourself afterwards...What a huge accomplishment!!
