Att: Ladies!!!.... Its time to talk about RAPE!!!! Yep, I know, not a subject most people like to talk about, however thousands of women every year fall victim to rape! What would YOU do if you were attacked? Do you feel confident that you could protect yourself? Would you even know what to do??? Worst still, what if your DAUGHTER was attacked. Could she defend herself??? Today I attended an Anti Rape Course with EZ Defence. This course is a MUST for all women, mothers and daughters! You just never know when you could be in a situation where you need to defend yourself. I must admit as a Former 1st Dan Black Belt Tae Kwon Do instructor I have always been a bit skeptical of Womens Self Defence Programs however hand on heart I can truly say this one is a MUST and totally recommend it for ALL woman!!!
