Attempting to be happy, is so draining and a unrealistic expectation around what society wants me to be.......Attempting?...Lets break that word up.....At Tempting.....enlightening is the absence of attempting......When my heart feels like crying, she will, when she feels like smiling, she will, when she feels like laughing, she will......and in this being, i am no longer burying my soul under a ditch of faulsehood.....freedom......emotions are like innocent children, wanting to be expressed openly without judgement. In this the emotions actually change and grow, from panic, anxiety, frustrations to just pure feeling....This brings me more joy than anything else, the mind comes second.......
