Attention Cape Residents: Two weeks from today on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015, is our Annual Meeting for the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association. In your most recent Capers you will find ballots of those running for the Board of Governors, Budget Committee, the Budget, and information regarding a proposed fee and cap increase on the SCBD. You should consider reading the November Presidents Message found on our website (see link below). Also then read the December issue for relevant information including the budget committees message regarding he proposed budget. Ballots are due by mail on this Friday, January 2nd, 2015 or can be dropped of at the clubhouse. Even better is if we have residents attend the Annual Meeting to ensure we have a quorum and can officially conduct our business per our by-laws. cscia.org/d/caper/caper.cfm
