Aug 2014 Event review from the other side of the fence. Hey there everyone, hope that you all had a great time at the event. While we were lucky to not get all that dreaded R word that was supposed to be in the forecast, we did get a lot of heat. Thank you as always to the Plot Team (I mean you put up with me and all :P ) My fellow NPCs who faught bravely and died greatly, the Cooking Team that keeps us going, and of course all the PCs out there that make this game wonderful for me to be part of. The Bad: - Whhhhhy? Why heat? Why must you hate us all so? - With heat comes much hydration... except in some peoples case, which was not a good thing. - Cold wet nights. Some of you looked very frozen last night. I resisted my initial reaction of wrapping some of you up and hugging you. - Bug bites everywhere. I guess they like me. The Good: - From my side of things there were quite a few realy tough and interesting fights. Always good to have new challenges presented and meet. - Creative solutions to some problems. - Thanks to all those who went through some long drawn out fights. I swear I had no part of it... Nope. Personal Shout Outs: - To those involved in the mod I shall call: To friends old and new; a night of peace under the night sky. - Anna Baginski, You know I like to be a bit difficult and make you remember names and things. ;) Thanks for being a good sport about it. - Blair Robert, One of the official winners of the Sunday Splatter Ball Game. - Chantal Elizabeth, Full blown Hammy. Enough said right? :) - To all those who went for a prolonged fight against a Stubborn Golem. Hop it was a fun fight for you all. - Bounty Hunter stuff. No names needed, you know who you are. - Bevin Sane, Yay Night Mod! Woo! - Devin P Sherman, you always have the best reactions to things in fights. - Holy crap we had a Gemma Gryphon! YAY! - We also had a Carly Staton! You have been missed! Naturally there are many more people, but I dont want this to take up too much space as I may be the first to post up a review. Shantell Powell and I may not be making it out to the next couple of events, so I hope to see reviews and to hear all of your heroic tales.
