Heres another home workout to try: warm up with 30 jumping jacks and 20 high knees x 3 Then 20 squats followed by 20 side leg raises each side and 20 tuck jumps Follow this with 20 press-ups, 20 tricep dips and 20 front shoulder raises, for weight here use water bottles. Repeat 3 times and fininsh with 30 second plank front and both sides. This should take 15 to 20 minutes so no excuses! Good luck :-)
