DONT EVER GIVE UP I have to tell this incredible story of one of our purefitters. She has shown unreal perseverance since I have known her. She came to us like many having tried everything and she said she would give us a go. We put her on our 6 week programme and she lost 25lbs and she continued to lose the lbs after the programme finished. She was on a roll. Her motivation was fully charged. She had the will power to change, she wanted to change. She changed. Then life got in the way, one bad habit crept in and before long all the old habits were back. The little voice inside telling you Its ok to eat that biscuit but it was more than a biscuit, it was the whole packet. I remember texting her and asking her was she ok, as classes started to slip. I knew how much will power and courage she had shown so I wasnt going to give up on her and more importantly I didnt want her to give up on herself. To cut a long story short, after falling off the wagon, she got back up and over the past week has got her food back on track, has worked out really hard. Today she weighed in and in the past week has lost 5.2lbs. I was so happy for her! She has got her mojo back. I never gave up on her and I know deep down she never gave up on herself. So today was a very happy Friday. You can make it happy too. Never give up on yourself.
