August Newsletter Dear CCPA family, We are excited to be back in studio with all of your wonderful children this semester. This year is off to an excellent start. We just wanted to run through a few reminders and some important dates for you to have marked on your calendars. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail us. The studio phone number is 480-440-2906, and our email address is ccpastudio@gmail. 1) Registration will be open until Friday, August 30th. All class hopping will also be done at that time. If you have any questions about classes, please call or e-mail CCPA staff. 2) Automatic billing is available for all families enrolled at the studio. If you prefer cash or check, we also have a drop box located outside the studio door, and please drop off your checks/cash before the first of the month, otherwise your credit card will be charged. All tuition is due at the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 5th of each month will be charged a $10 late fee. Payments will be processed during business hours each day. 3) Dress Code. We have a CCPA dress code that is required for all students attending classes. On our website we have listed the requirements for each class. For example, no sleeveless leotards/shirts and no bare tummies. We are doing this to give you the opportunity to make payments on these fees when it is convenient for you. For the LV4 turn & technique “Dancing with the Stars” performers their costume fees need to be paid by Sept 2nd, 2013. All other costume fees will be due by January 6th. 5) We have started a fun program for the kids to practice at home. We have a practice record for your children to use when they rehearse what they have learned in class. For every month they practice 12 or more times for 15+ minute intervals, they can turn that sheet in and collect a prize from our treasure chest. We all know that children excel most when they practice.
