The truth of the matter based on my analysis of various underground bases operated by joint government officials is that Pine Gap may not even be alien related but actually is a cover base for a secret train that travels in a tunnel many miles away somewhere else far away deep in the mountains where the real aliens operate so its most likely separated from Pine Gap itself for precaution reasons. Some bases are used for retrievable crafts and captured aliens(laser beam systems) for back engineering purposes, some were found(insectoid grey branch/cave dwellings species/many types) that were taken over by humans, and some bases are strictly owned by aliens(reptilian branch) only with human captures via abductions with no involvement from any government organization. Its a two way street. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing when it comes to a cover up.(many casualties) Its not just USA! Many islands like Puerto Rico and volcanoes around the world all have underground bases possibly thousands of years old so far down that its impossible for humans to survive.(entrance: lakes,coastlines, dried up volcano tunnels, and mountain sides that open and close like a zipper. The fact of the matter is that many of them are living deep underground in earth. Not hollow earth but huge city complexes in various locations under the oceans, huge lakes, and volcano mountain ranges. The secret is not a secret only if you choose it to be. No need for disclosure for me. They been here all the time but earth also happens to have various visitors among the cosmos from to time. I can say one thing is that Australia seems to have a joint/alien relationship either cloning captured aliens and using them or they have a relationship or agreement because there are so many vehicle abductions and those people remember going somewhere in an underground facility with lights and tables(most likely pine gap) and they all end up having implants for various reasons.
