The apartment is on the top floor of a historic, newly refurbished building that faces East. The apartment has a shared living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The room has high ceilings, wood floors, and a large window overlooking Mott street with a great view. It is currently furnished, but if you prefer I can remove the existing furniture. The neighborhood is very centrally located and borders Soho, Nolita, and the East Village. As far as transportation goes, the apartment is about five minutes from the Spring street (6), Canal street (Q/R/N/6/4/J/Z), and Grand street (B/D) subway stations and a 10 minute walk from the A/C/E/1/2.
