***Average Home Rated Little Girl Needs Your Help!*** A volunteer writes: Ninoska, which I learned is a variant of Nina, means little girl, and the more time I spent with Ninoksa the more I agreed with the choice of this name. Ninoska was sound asleep, curled up in her bed, when I approached her kennel, but woke immediately when I tapped on her door and was happy to come out for a walk. Showing off that shes likely housetrained, she took advantage of being outside in every way, and we then enjoyed a leisurely walk to the park. She has a beautiful and elegant glide to her walk, and her good leash manners gave me a chance to admire her gorgeous coat. The blending of gold, copper, and bronze into a gleaming coat is absolutely magnificent. Our little girl is quiet, and a bit shy, keeping to herself a bit, but happy for some petting. She takes treats gently and equally gently spits them out when they are not to her liking! Shes so low key that when a pigeon flew into our backyard pen and strutted around for a bit she completely ignored it. Good girl Ninoska! Ninoksa aced her behavior evaluation earning her a place in adoptions right away. If you are looking for a quiet, low key, calm little girl, than Ninoska is the perfect girl for you.
