New Years update: as you know, this was intended to be a 7 day Christmas mission, however due to the incredible response that I have had and amazing support from you all, I cant walk away from something that has been this successful. Therefore I will be continuing to run Brighton In Need going forwards, Ive registered the web address and will get that sorted as soon as I can, the Twitter page is up @brightoninneed so please follow me there. It will be registered as a proper charity and i will work closely with the shelters and drop in centres, as well as those directly on the streets going forwards. I also have a business to run which is more than a full time job in itself... So a busy year ahead! I plan to make 4 direct drops through the year, one a quarter so keep your eyes peeled for these special campaigns, ongoing work and collections will happen for the shelters and I will be making special requests as we go... Keep spreading the word please folks, you have all been incredible and its making a big difference and a massively positive impact. Sadly I am hearing the odd bad news story but very very much in the minority, lets not let the odd negative experience tarnish something so positive hey? Happy new year everyone, peace and love xxx
