Awesome night of coaching tonight, Highlight of this evening was seeing one of our members complete the entire workout with an empty Olympic barbell, a full 60 reps with burpees and sit ups thrown in as well. The reason why I am so chuffed is because 2 months ago when he first started, his air squat required assistance via an upright so he used his arms to help him get back up. After consistantly attending 2-3 times per week, he has now safely completed tonights workout with weighted back squats. The first thing we focus on when you join us is good movement, then we demand consistency and then we throw in the intensity element. Giving you a safe and extremely rewarding training methodology to reach fitness levels you would have never thought you were capable of. #crossfitwolverhampton
