BAHHHHH!!!! It is happening!!!!!!! My transformation is underway! Holy bageezus I am SO exited about my progress so far. This is only 1 week on the #MAX30 Challenge!! For freaking real. I knew I was going to love this program before it came out, but now…….Im about to pee my pants with the progress that I have made in just 1 short week! I was just curious this morning on the difference in what 1 week looks like, and THIS is it! I feel different, lean, and much stronger. My abs are so much more defined in just 1 week of these workouts. Ohhh my god, can you imagine results in 60 days?!?!?! This is 7…..53 more?!?!?! Well, you do have weekends off so put that into perspective too. GAHH! Im pumped right now!! #bodybyalena baby!!! Wanna join me????
