It all started after battling hypo thyroid in the 1990”s only a year later I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. Then in 2003 I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (Inflammation of the bladder) In 2010 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease. I had no energy and felt bad all the time. With low thyroid, your weight fluctuates and is difficult to control, but I was able to somewhat stabilize my weight by eating right. In 2005 I had a significant weight gain for no reason, after talking to my doctors they said as you get older your metabolism slows down and you will have to exercise more. In my first 8 days with just the Plexus Slim drink I Lost 8 lbs, I continued to lose 1 LB a day for 20 days, and then when I saw my miraculous weight loss I added the ProBio5 and BioCleanse. I not only lost 3 sizes in 5 months(31poundss), but in ONLY 30 days I was free from the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis! For many many long years I battled the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis with the needle like pain and numbness in my hands, legs and feet, along with terrible joint and muscle pain that would end with sleepless nights and bring me to tears. ONE SLIM drink a day faithfully .... about 3 weeks into my Plexus journey I learned about the Candida and I had tested positive - so I ordered and started the ProBio5 and BioCleanse. I tried the Accelerator back in June for the 1st time -- its OK but I never got into a routine of taking it. When the new product BOOST came out after a while --- I ordered it --- started with 1 capsule for a few days .... I did this for a while -- stopped it -- then back on it - then stopped it ... then back on it -- NOW >>> I NO longer take the BOOST (or Accelerator) --- I like how Im getting my results w/o those products. I have now started the new Product BLOCK and love it! 1 SLIM -- 1st thing in the morning on empty stomach in 20 ounces of water. (I’m normally not a breakfast person, so eating breakfast varies with me) Sometime I drink another one in the afternoon just because I enjoy the way it taste 1 XFACTOR - after lunch 2 BIO Cleanse - and 2 to 3 ProBio5 - right before I go to bed on empty stomach if possible. I take 2 of the block before any of the two larger meals for my day .... AND ... I also take 3600 IUs of MicellizedD3 which is liquid Vitamin D3 ( it helps absorb things better in your intestines, (i.e., nutrients and especially calcium )) I take this because I use to be severely Vitamin D deficient and my doctor recommended this amount. I am NO LONGER D deficient - however, I choose to continue to consume this amount of D because I stopped taking it for a while - hit a loooong plateau - started back on the D and BAM! broke my plateau. I own an insulated bottle that is 20 ounces --- I drink about 4 to 6 bottles full of WATER almost every day (100 to 140 ounces) without even thinking about it I keep it with me at all times--- when I dont do this --- my body lets me know. I do not DIET - I eat what I want --- however, my cravings for certain foods have diminished a lot -- and portion sizes are smaller. I do not EXERCISE -- really no time and I do not enjoy it.
