BASIC LESSONS ABOUT El Rufai. This Chieftain of APC is an embodiment of intelligence, experience, Courage and integrity. Intelligence: He holds a First class degree in Quantity Survey (QS) from the prestigious Ahamadu Bello University Zaria. Experience: He is a special breed of private and public sectors as a private QS consultant for decades and; as the Boss of Bureau for Public Enterprise (BPE) and a former Minister. Courage: As a Minister of FCT, he restored Abuja master Plan, cleansed the city of the iniquities of Motor bikes and refuge against all odds. In fact it is to the knowledge of all that he selfishlessly trampled on the toes of influential Nigerians to make Abuja a reality. Integrity: His first integrity litmus test was during Obasanjo regime when he was been screened by the Senate as a Ministerial nominee. El- Rufai informed the whole world at the risk of losing the nomination that the Senate screening committee, demanded for 50million naira for him to scale through! And since he left office he has been taken to court severally for corruption charges and nobody has been able to prosecute him; In fact they ended up saying that he allocated plots to his wife and relations while he was a Minister. And I say - God have mercy, is the wife and the said relations not Nigerians and entitled to such lands? And talking seriously, that to me, is not even the issue; if that is only his crime than Nasir El- rufai is a pious believer in the mist of miserable evil doers as revealed by the past and immediate high profile corruption cases. This is our small knowledge of Nasir EL rufai. Those who do not know him and are spreading all sorts of misinformation about him, should come forward with facts and figures so as to enable us reconcile our Position. Meanwhile, Nasir El rufai remains a man of intelligence, Experience, courage and integrity. He is a man to watch, trust and cherish to transform Kaduna into a modern city state like Lee Kuan Yew did to Singapore some decades ago.
