While this may or may not be a legitimate business, it definitely raises questions about their ethics. This is not the time to profit from other peoples misery by placing misleading editorial ads on peoples posts. Only respond to contractors you have been personally introduced to by someone you trust. If you run a page that serves the community, DO NOT allow business like this to post promotional content in the comments. Its called Comment Spam.
