BE BRAVE!!! Today a new fitness studio is opening, run by 2 Les Mills instructors passionate about their job and wanting to take Les Mills into the wider community and bring these awesome programs to those that otherwise may not want to attend a gym or big leisure centre. Today Cube Fitness is born in a small town in Norfolk, with little funding but a whole heap of passion. Both with backgrounds of obesity , struggles and hardship, and against all odds we want to share our love of fitness and how it has helped us to help create a fitter planet, one member, one class at a time! Its gonna be tough, but its gonna work because we will make it happen.....wish us luck :)
