My wonderful husband Jeffrey Joe Rubio of 18 years, and I want to update you all about our son Jezreel. It has been a long road, and we just want to say how much we love and appreciate all our family and friends. We are writing this to let you know where we are at with Jezreel progression on his life. If you are not sure on how to pray over this situation, we ask that you pray these things. 1. Jezreel would not suffer. 2. If God decides to take him home to heaven that, it would be a peaceful passing. 3. As parents, we want Jezreel completely healed on Earth, but we know his healing could come in his passing from here to heaven. We do not want prayers to be hindered by the news that his life is short spanned, we are asking TRUE FAITH BELIEVERS to pray for the Will of God on our Son. Jesus said in His Word: Matthew 6:10c “Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 26:39c “Yet not as I will, but as You will.” On Tuesday October 7, 2014, Jezreel is having a CT scan on his lungs to see what shape they are in, due to the progression of the Mitochondrial Disease. Regardless of the results, his Pulmonologist has said, “that, we have from NOW, and up to 2 years of life with Jezreel, due to his Chronic Lung Disease”. This confirms what we have heard several years ago from Jezreel Gastro-Intestinal Doctor, she has told us based on her findings Jezreel has a possible life span of 17 years. Please understand that we may have emotions that will slip from time to time, but we are not the type of people who live in the doom and gloom. Our focus is on God as it has always been. Jezreel is aware of what is happening in his body, and we have been talking to him about it as well. He is believing for a Miracle. He has always believed before, and the impossible have happened such as “the reconnecting of his bowel’s after having an Ileostomy for years, and his Tracheostomy removed and closed” both of which the doctors have told us this would never be done because of his condition. We deal with the reality and circumstances that we have been given here on earth; we do not live in fantasy or have lack of faith because we know we have a GREAT GOD. He is a God Who constantly performs miracles in everyday life, so regardless what He decides to do in Jezreel life. “IT WILL BE A MIRACLE”.
