LALA LOVES KIDS & IS WAITING FOR HER FOREVER HOME WHERE SHE CAN GET THE LOVE & ATTENTION SHE DESERVES! MELLOW, LOVES TO PLAY, WELL BEHAVED, HOUSEBROKEN, SOCIAL, AFFECTIONATE & FRIENDLY ARE A FEW WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL. SHE DOES HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES SO SHE IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK WITH HER & GIVE HER THE CARE & A FOREVER HOME THAT SHE DESERVES! A volunteer writes: I la-la-love Lala! She is a big girl with the proportions of a Basset Hound. Lala was a little shy when I first met her, but warmed up very quickly and proved to be extremely affectionate and playful. Her previous owners report that she is housetrained and it certainly seems true - Ive never seen her cage dirty. She has previously lived in harmony with other dogs and has seemed friendly and calm when weve encountered others on walks. Lala has some dermatological issues and welcomes any assistance scratching her itches with the most waggy tail! When Im able to find that spot on her back thats very out of her reach, Lalas legs tremble and she slowly lowers her back end to the ground. Even when her coat is no longer itchy, Im sure Lala will be just as cuddly. She loves to climb into my lap and gives kisses. Lala is very easy to walk on leash, she doesnt pull and stays close. When loose in the pen Lala reveals how playful she is. She loves to play fetch and lets you take the ball from her mouth. In her old home Lala would play bow in hopes that her stuffed toys would be brought out and someone would play tug with her! I am always drawn to Lala whenever Im at Brooklyn ACC - she is so incredibly sweet, well-mannered and fun! Whoever gets to give this special lady her forever home is very lucky!!
