Full Training in managing the Co-Op Cinema business is included. Associate Member / Co-Op Owner. (20 Positions) Qualifications: Diploma, Certificate, Matric, Internship or any other relevant experience or volunteering. Competency: Numeracy or Math, Literacy, Computers, Hard-working, Independent. Experience: Film, Accounts, Management, Finance, HR, Business, Sales, Computer, Cashier, Teller. Full Training in running the Co-Op Cinema business is included. Co-Op Membership Entry Fee ±R5 000.oo per Share @ Asset Value ±R50 000.00 ea. Patronage Proportion Pay-Out from ±R1 000 to ±R25 000 /month Patronage Proportion pay-out is dependent on the monthly profitability of each individual ReaGilè Cinema Co-Op Miniplex. Terms and Conditions Membership is limited to natural persons residing permanently within a radius of ±5km of the location of the proposed ReaGilè MiniPlex, who are approved by the Founding Members/Board to become a Full Member or an Associate Member of the Co-Op. It is a condition of all forms of Government (SEFA, NEF, CIS etc.) funding that any person (natural/juristic) who has been found guilty of fraudulent or other abuse of funding is precluded from any further Government funding, thus precluding Co-Op membership. ReaGilè supports rehabilitation of criminals ‘other than those listed above’ meaning such persons may apply for Associate Membership. Documents proving settlement or arrangement to settle must be provided if a judgment/notice/default has been issued against an applicant. Each eco and wheelchair-friendly, air-conditioned, ReaGilè MiniPlex consists of a prefabricated: 60 seat cinema, theatre and educational auditorium, staffed by three - 5 member shifts. 30 seat computer, internet, training and IT communications centre, staffed by three - 1 member shifts. A Kiosk, admin office with generator, air-con and storage. Community Policing Centre staffed by 4 police reservist shift members. Community Care and Aid Centre staffed by 2 paramedic/nursing shift members. Five, 3 metre outdoor video screens, exhibiting free films, sports and advertising to the communities. A 15m x 5m outdoor, rooftop stage, facing onto a Public Viewing Area. This plays a crucial role in the success of the ReaGilè Cinema Project, while contributing substantially to communities and advertisers benefit from direct access to the target market of ±40 million un-serviced, township/rural cinema clients, benefiting everybody. FREE ADVERTISER CSR / CSI CONTRIBUTION (Included in Advertising Spend) As a direct result of Advertising Spend at the ReaGilè Co-Op Project, Advertisers get CSR credit for creating:- 27 sustainable Jobs for poor people as Owners, a Cinema, an Education centre, a Computer & Internet centre, a Policing centre and an Aid centre. Sport, education, information, news, films & advertising is screened on the 5 outdoor screens, for free. A 15m covered outdoor stage for entertainment, community meetings & community liaison etc. ADVERTISING REVENUE PAID TO THE Co-Op Co-Ops receive 1/3 of the advertising revenue, to pay film exhibition fees, guarantee sustainability and could cover the purchase price of the MiniPlex. 1/3 of advertising revenue pays for full strategic and technical support for the Co-Op. FILM INDUSTRY IMPACT. NDP 2030 – Employment & Skills development & Recreation & Leisure. 1300 ReaGilès will create demand for 6.5 million hours of new, edutainment, including local language feature films and shorts etc. and advertising will pay the film exhibition fees at R60.00 per film hour, which can add R400 million /annum to the SA film industry.
