Sasha had been given to someone as a gift, and when that persons parents said no, Sasha was brought to us. Sasha was only with that person a day , but were told that she showed off excellent manners that one day, friendly to all including 3 children, likely housebroken, and simply a nice, sweet dog. It certainly seems that Sasha enjoyed the benefits of a home and good care prior to joining us. Her coat gleams, her weight is perfect for her size, and shes friendly, tail waggy and calm. Her leash manners are good, and shes likely housetrained, taking care of business as soon as we were out the door. Taking treats gently, she looks up for more with an easy wag of her tail. Sasha loves a good rubdown, rolling into me for petting and closeness, happy for the attention. Shes alert and in tune with her surroundings, joining me on the bench, but tilting her head at the sounds from the street. Perhaps listening for a new family? Sasha aced her behavior assessment earning her a place in adoptions where shes waiting to meet you.
