When I helped put up the towers in Gakona, we put it up with the idea it was an oil company putting it up there for what we call tomography (geophysical mineral exploration, oil and gas). We came back a year later and it was occupied by the Navy and the Air Force. We finished doing a tune up on it and putting in all the transmitting antennas and all the interlinking wires for the antennas. After that it became a test subject occupied by the Air Force and the Navy and thats when I started seeing things happen going wrong. Its still an experiment. Its for the weather, hurricanes, shake the ground, initialize earthquakes. HAARP has a plasmatic effect when it hits the ionosphere, it becomes like a huge electronic amplifier. #gmacag #climateengineering #geoengineering #chemtrails
