BMW S1000RR HP4 Full Carbon Conversion is at 1st stage of Dry Build,tomorrow we make sure all the gaps are good and all fits as it should,Please note how the carbon weave matches where possible from panel to panel,that takes a lot of planing at the lay up stage(makes all the difference) once all built up we plan the art work and then strip down for THE PAINT!!!! Wait till you see what we have up our sleeve for the exhaust can! Rear hugger will be different to the one on the bike(just seeing what it looks like)
