I am without hot water and central heating since yesterday morning. I called out of hours repairs a guy came out said a gas valve needs replacing. He gave me the impression that the repair would be done today as he was putting it through a priority. He left me 1 blow heater which quite frankly im scared to use I had it in yesterday the plug was so hot when I went to turn it off yesterday I thought it would melt if I left it on any more. I have 1 other heater I brought a few years ago but thats it. I have 2 young children both have a cold and cough. I am now told when I phoned up today that the repair could take up to 3 to 5 days!! I said you are joking I have to go without heating and hot water for that long with 2 young children. Her response was that she was sorry that I was given the impression that the it would be done today but its usual for parts to take this long!! I am disgusted and very angry but what can I do
