It would appear that his former family wanted to relinquish their responsibility to him as he has a possible fracture of his hind leg. The NYC ACC also wants to relinquish their responsibility to him by playing Russian roulette with his life by putting him on the At Risk List WITHOUT a behavioral evaluation. BONZO needs the help of a New Hope Partner to help him get the help he needs. Most importantly, he needs SOMEONE to take responsibility for him so he walks out of there alive.
