**BRAGGING MOM ALERT** Yesterday Diva Princess Paisley and I were in the store and being the alert diva aka service dog she is... she spotted someones keys on the floor. She looked at me and then back at the floor with a those arent yours but should I get them??? look. So I told her, YES, GET IT GIRL! Which get it is the command. She looked at me sideways and then got the keys! We headed to customer service and literally asked everyone if they dropped their keys. Got a few nos and few woah, shes in a wheelchair and can talk looks. Made it to CS and as I proceeded to tell the worker that Paisley found some car keys a lady frantically ran up to us, loved on Paisley and squeezed the bejesus out of me and with a look of relief while showing us her phone said, OMG, YOU FOUND MY KEYS??? We just saved her day! She was on the phone with roadside and it would be some time before they could get there. She thanked us and hugged us again. Its moments like that that let me know I may depend on someone 24/7 of my life but for that brief moment in one day Paisley and I were able to help someone else! Without Canine Assistants, these moments may not ever had happened how they happen.
