One of THE most important things that stands out to me is VISION. The Great Wall of China most certainly did not build itself and the worlds tallest structure ever made (The Burj Khalifa) DEFINITELY didnt just sprout from the ground like a flower.... It all lied upon a group of people that saw something before it was even made... I can imagine that every great project starts off with a blueprint or some sort of idea of what the end result is going to look like. However, the world isnt a perfect place... What if the desert winds of Dubai caused them to change the whole skeleton of the Burj when it was an 1/8th mile high??? Who freezes with fear, and who chooses to go out and find the solution to continue marching forward? That is what separates the winners from the losers. After all, you get paid to make the building.
