Located at 3000-3006 Poston Avenue, these four homes were constructed from 1899-1907. Prices of the 27 condo units range from $599,200 to $2.15 million. The homes are currently owned by Nashville-based real estate investor Treg P. Warner and are under contract to Houston-based architect Don Meeks and a trio of Nashville investors.
