BREAKING NEWS: A Striking Memorial in An Unlikely Place: Fombe Nfor Celestine, an amazing bamboo artist in rural Cameroon has recently completed the World Trade Center which he spent close to one and half years carving it( using local tools) with dry raffia bamboo.The art work is 4.5m tall. He has also carved tractors, fire fighters, bikes, graders etc that were used to clean up remains of the collapsed building.Celestine was touched by the attack since 2001. Two years ago, he decided to start working on this project ( just by looking at photos) in order to join the American people and also to share his talents with the rest of the world. We are looking for sponsors to bring his art work to donate to the American people( especially to the 9/11 Memorial in New York) as a souvenir from the grass roots.
