Raila Odinga and William Ruto have made a new political deal that will be effected from next month.In the deal,Raila Odinga is set to become the Deputy President and William Ruto will be the Opposition Leader. This will be ratified by amendments that will be made in the constitution Tonight by ALL MPS.Most members of the National Assembly contacted have noted that the ammendment will be done at midnight to avoid press snoopings.
