BREAKING NEWS September 29, 2014 – 02:33 pm WASHINGTON (WJLA) – The U.S. Secret Service detained a possible shooter after a report that shots were fired on Monday near the Ethiopian embassy in Washington, a spokesman for the agency said. The possible shots were reported about 12:15 p.m. and there were no injuries reported, Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary said in an e-mailed statement to the media. A protest was reportedly taking place outside the embassy at 3506 International Drive NW at the time of the incident.
