BUCKEYES!! Mix 1 1/2 c. Peanut butter with I box powdered sugar (Im guessing its a one pound box), and a stick of margarine. Roll into small balls and refrigerate overnight. Melt 1 package dipping chocolate (from a craft store, or chocolate almond bark from Wal-Mart). Using a toothpick, pick up a peanut butter ball and dip into the chocolate, only covering 3/4 of the ball (a little circle on top uncovered). Place on waxed paper until chocolate is firm. Refrigerate and enjoy! Be careful melting the chocolate because it burns and globs easily when the heat is high. Melting chocolate is best in a double-boiler, but if you dont have one, boil water in a saucepan and simmer on low, with a glass bowl placed over the saucepan to gently warm the chocolate. Good luck!
