It is the highest lawmaking body in the land as at then. Its equivalent of present day Senate and House of Representatives combined. Out of 16 member Council, Buhari selected 11 from North, leaving the whole of South with 5 members. Just imagine a situation where a law to wipe out the south is brought to the chamber, what would be the outcome is a matter for another day. Only a mad man will vote for Buhari to be the president of Nigeria. Buhari is a tribalist, a Religion bigot and afanatic of the highest order.
