BULLETIN!!! There may be some misunderstanding among the red wolfs loyal NC supporters about the preface to the post below!!! We have modified it to be more clear. Once again - some of the red wolf opponents say that the red wolf issue is no business of anyone who lives outside the state. Non-residents, they say, should not have responded in the public comment period. They will claim that the support for the red wolf came from outside NC. WE say that support for the red wolf comes from everywhere AS IT SHOULD because endangered species are the responsibility of ALL Americans - North Carolinians, Virginians, Californians AND people outside the U.S. who see the red wolf on the IUCN red list of threatened species worldwide! Thank you, every single one of you, for your support and your belief in red wolves and in the Red Wolf Coalition!
